Vedicology Foundation never charges a fee — and how to spot anyone who says we do
We support young women who are already stretching every rupee. We fund the education of adolescent girls and young women aged 18 and above — we do not fund minors. We would never add to a family's burden by asking for money, and we would never let anyone do it in our name. If something has made you unsure, you are in the right place. Take a moment to read this, and you will know exactly how to tell what is genuine.

In short
Vedicology Foundation never charges any fee, at any stage. There is no application fee, no processing fee, no registration fee, and no documentation fee. Our support is completely free. So if anyone ever asks you for money in our name, it is not us. That is true whether they ask you to apply, to be selected, to release a scholarship, or for any reason at all. You should not pay. This page shows you how to check that a message is really from us, and how to report anyone misusing our name.
Our support is free, always
Everything we do for the young women we support is free. You never pay us anything — not to apply, not to be considered, not to receive support, and not at any point afterwards. We pay fees directly to colleges and institutions on a student's behalf. Money never flows the other way.
A simple rule to hold on to
So there is a simple rule you can hold on to: the Foundation will never ask you for money. Not a small fee, not a deposit, not a “processing charge,” not anything. If a request for money arrives in our name, that request is not from us.
How to recognise someone misusing our name
Sadly, scammers sometimes use the names of genuine charities to trick people. Here are the signs that a message is not really from Vedicology Foundation:
- 01It asks you to pay.Any request for money — a fee, a deposit, a charge to “unlock” or “confirm” your support — is a clear sign. We never ask for money.
- 02It asks you to pay an individual.A request to send money to someone’s personal UPI, a personal bank account, a wallet, or to buy a gift card or voucher is never from us. We do not collect money from students or families at all.
- 03It pressures you to act fast.“Pay today or lose your place” is a scam tactic. Our process is never rushed, and never depends on a payment.
- 04It comes from a channel you cannot verify.A message from an unknown number or an unofficial email address, especially one asking for money or bank details, should not be trusted. Check it against our official channels below.
If a message shows any of these signs, do not pay and do not share your bank or card details. Reach us directly through the official channels below, and we will confirm whether it was really from us.
How to check that a message is really from us
There is an easy way to be sure. These are our only official channels:
If a message, call, or email claims to be from us, you can always check it by contacting us directly through one of these. If it did not come from us, we will tell you — and we will be glad you asked.
One more thing worth knowing
Other businesses lawfully share the “Vedicology” name. The charity that funds young women's education is Vedicology Foundation, reachable only through the channels above. If you are ever unsure, confirm the full name and the channel.
How to report someone misusing our name
If anyone has asked you for money in our name, or you have received a message that worries you, please tell us. Reporting it helps us protect other families too.
Write to us, or call us, and tell us what happened. If you can, keep the message, the number, or the email it came from, and share those with us. You will not be in any trouble for asking — we are grateful when people let us know.
